Your data tapes can be stored containerized, open-shelf or a combination. If containerized, the items will not be removed and the container will not be opened at our facility. This is ideal for items that always remain together. Open-shelf becomes appropriate when various items rotate on different dates such as a Tape Management Software (TMS). All visitors and guests, after signing a confidentiality agreement, must be escorted within the facility the entire time. All items are barcoded and scanned in, allowing for real time web monitoring of your material by our secure online data management system.
